Guanya Education Group has recently announced that ARC Investment Partners led a first institutional investment of $4 million into their company. Guanya is a leading children’s education company in northeast China which focuses on the English language. The program is for children ranging from three to fifteen years of age. The company offers its service to schools in six cities in northeast China; Shenyang, Dalian, Anshan, Jinzhou, Fushun and Yinkou. ARC China, managed and founded by Adam Roseman, is a private equity firm which focuses primarily on Chinese companies with high potential.
